Vallari means a flowering creeper, and that is the shape of this one. Marquise-cut stones run along the line of the necklace like leaves on a vine, each section ending in a pear-cut drop, with long matching danglers built on the same pattern.
The stones are set individually rather than glued into a strip, so they catch light from more angles and the back of the piece is finished properly. This is the set for a reception or an engagement, or anywhere you want to look done without wearing gold.
