3. Pricing & Payments

• Custom-made or made-to-order jewellery is non-returnable and non-refundable, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

• Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos/videos for verification.

Jewellery requires proper care. Damage due to improper handling, wear and tear, exposure to chemicals, or misuse is not covered under any return, exchange, or warranty claims.
